In 2009, Universal Traveller introduced their premium luggage concept store “Luggage Empire”, a premium retail concept that offers only selected luggage brand in an exclusive retail setting. There are currently 6 Luggage Empire outlets throughout Malaysia.

Universal Traveller started its business in 1990 with its first store located in Lot 10 shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur.
